The apartment hotel is designed for holiday use in Sunny Beach Resort, Nessebar Municipality — an area with intensive seasonal occupancy and high requirements for functionality and building operation.

ORGANIZATION AND SPACE

The spatial concept organizes the complex around an inner courtyard with a swimming pool, which functions as the main communication and social space. The layout provides direct visual connection from the residential units to the inner zone, while ensuring controlled access and appropriate distancing.

The building is structured into several volumes with clear geometry and a repetitive modular system, allowing efficient construction and optimization of investment costs. The apartments are designed with compact and functional layouts, adapted for short-term stays.

FACADE AND EXPRESSION

The façade combines light mineral surfaces with dark horizontal bands and vertical accents, structuring the volume and emphasizing the balcony lines. Large glazing areas provide sufficient natural light and a strong visual connection to the surroundings.

ENVIRONMENT AND FUNCTION

At ground level, parking spaces and service functions are arranged, with clearly separated access from the leisure areas. The inner courtyard is designed as a protected environment with a controlled atmosphere — including a swimming pool, relaxation zones and landscaping.

The project offers a balanced solution between capacity, comfort and operational efficiency, aligned with the specific requirements of holiday developments along the Black Sea coast.
