The area has become increasingly attractive for the construction of modern single-family houses and residential properties. Architectural Concept The house is designed as a two-storey single-family residential building with a contemporary architectural appearance. The architectural composition is characterized by clean lines, balanced proportions, and a functional spatial organization. The façade design combines light-colored surfaces with darker accent elements, creating an elegant and modern architectural character. Large window openings provide excellent natural lighting for the interior spaces and establish a visual connection between the interior and the surrounding yard. The building is covered with a hip roof, which contributes to the overall architectural expression and creates a sense of stability and harmony in the building’s volume. Functional Layout The functional layout of the house is designed according to contemporary requirements for comfortable family living. The main living area is organized as an open-plan space, combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area to create a bright and spacious interior environment. In addition to the main residential building, a separate structure with a carport for vehicles is designed, providing convenient access and protection for the cars. The outdoor space is organized to create a comfortable environment for relaxation and everyday outdoor activities.
