Architectural Project of a Single-Family House in Lozenets Village, Tsarevo Municipality Archline Nikolov Ltd. presents an architectural project for a single-family residential house located in Lozenets village, Tsarevo municipality – one of the most attractive areas for residential and holiday properties along the Southern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. The architectural composition of the building is based on clear geometric volumes, balanced proportions and carefully selected facade materials. The exterior combines light mineral plaster with natural stone cladding, creating an elegant and refined appearance. The central vertical element with stone cladding and a tall window emphasizes the entrance area and defines the distinctive silhouette of the house. Large windows provide abundant natural light and establish a visual connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. The functional layout is organized on two levels. The ground floor accommodates the living area, kitchen and dining space with direct access to a terrace and the garden. The upper floor includes the bedrooms with spacious windows and private terraces.
