This project presents a single-family residential house located in the village of Marinka, Burgas Municipality—an area with increasing demand for low-rise housing close to the city and the Black Sea coast. The architectural concept focuses on creating a strong connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding garden. The main highlight is the covered veranda, designed as a natural extension of the living area, providing a comfortable outdoor environment suitable for year-round use. The volumetric composition is clean and well-balanced, defined by horizontal lines and a refined façade expression. Large openings ensure abundant natural light within the interior and establish a visual link with the landscaped outdoor environment. The yard is carefully designed with structured pathways, decorative vegetation, and dedicated relaxation zones, complementing the architectural vision and forming a cohesive residential setting. The project meets contemporary standards for functionality, comfort, and sustainable living, combining architecture and landscape into a unified concept.
