The residential building project in the town of Ahtopol was developed by the architectural studio Archline Nikolov Ltd., Burgas. The building is located on an attractive site approximately 100 meters from the seashore, in the northern part of the peninsula. The site has a favorable northeast orientation towards the sea, allowing panoramic views and excellent natural lighting of the residential spaces. The architectural solution is designed in accordance with the specific characteristics of the coastal environment and the urban structure of Ahtopol. The main objective of the project is to create a comfortable residential environment with a functional layout and visual connection to the sea, making optimal use of the natural features of the site. Functional Layout The building is designed with a ground floor (±0.00 level) and two residential floors. Vertical circulation between the levels is provided by a reinforced concrete staircase, designed with natural lighting. The ground floor includes one apartment, one studio, and a staircase providing access to the upper levels of the building. The first floor contains one studio, one apartment, and circulation space with a staircase connecting the levels. The second floor accommodates one apartment with favorable orientation and sea views. The building includes a total of three apartments and two studios of different sizes, distributed across three residential levels. Architectural Concept The living areas are designed as open-plan spaces with large glazed openings, providing a strong visual connection with the surrounding environment and allowing abundant natural light to enter the interiors. The apartments are oriented in two or three directions, allowing sea views while ensuring natural ventilation and continuous air movement within the spaces. The architectural composition combines functional spatial organization, contemporary architectural expression, and harmony with the natural coastal environment.
