The residential building project in Budzhaka area, Sozopol was developed by Archline Nikolov Ltd. – an architectural studio based in Burgas, specializing in the design of residential and holiday properties along the Southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The plot is located in the new part of Sozopol, in the quiet and green area of Budzhaka, situated on a beautiful rocky seaside cliff. The area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, scenic natural surroundings, and panoramic sea views, making it a preferred location for the development of modern residential and holiday properties. The location offers privacy, proximity to nature, and contemporary living comfort, combining the romantic atmosphere of the seaside landscape with modern architectural solutions. Architectural Concept The investment intention of the new owner includes a complete reconstruction of the existing building, as well as the addition of a covered veranda designed to expand the living space and strengthen the connection between the interior and the surrounding natural environment. Before the design process began, the existing building underwent a structural assessment in order to determine the condition of the construction and the possibilities for renovation and architectural transformation. Functional Layout The residential building is organized on three levels, with the spatial layout designed to provide comfort and functional organization of the living spaces. The first level includes: living room with kitchenette bathroom entrance hall staircase connecting the different levels of the building The second level includes: bedroom bathroom walk-in wardrobe home office The third level includes: home fitness area additional office space This layout provides a clear separation between the living and private areas while creating a comfortable and functional residential environment. Architecture and Environment The project aims to create a contemporary residential environment that fully utilizes the natural characteristics of the terrain and the panoramic sea views. The architectural concept seeks harmony between the building, the surrounding coastal landscape, and the peaceful atmosphere of the Budzhaka area.
