Rhodope Retreat is an interior design project for holiday houses located near the “The Bride” rock formation close to Pamporovo, in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains. The project was developed by ARCHLINE Studio as a contemporary interpretation of the mountain home, combining natural materials, a warm atmosphere and modern architectural aesthetics. The interior concept is inspired by the natural landscape of the Rhodope Mountains and the distinctive atmosphere of Bulgaria’s mountain resorts. The main idea is to create a calm and functional living environment that offers comfort, privacy and a strong connection to the surrounding nature. Natural materials such as wood, stone and soft textiles in warm earthy tones are used throughout the interior. This combination creates a cozy and balanced atmosphere typical of contemporary mountain interiors. The carefully selected textures and restrained color palette emphasize a sense of elegance, warmth and comfort. The living area forms the central focus of the interior design, where the fireplace becomes the natural focal point of the space. The seating and relaxation areas are organized around it, creating a welcoming environment for gathering and rest. Large windows provide abundant natural light and open the interior towards the mountain landscape of the Rhodope Mountains, strengthening the visual connection between the interior and the surrounding nature. The holiday houses in Pamporovo are designed in accordance with contemporary trends in mountain house architecture and interior design. The spaces are carefully organized to provide maximum comfort and functionality for both short holiday stays and longer periods of relaxation.
