ARCHLINE Nikolov Ltd. presents an interior design project for modern vacation houses in Sozopol, Bulgaria, developed as a contemporary interpretation of a comfortable seaside home. The concept of the interior design focuses on creating a modern, elegant and relaxing environment for seaside living, suitable for both private holiday homes and investment properties in the Sozopol region. Contemporary Interior Design for Vacation Houses The main living space of the houses is organized as a spacious open-plan living area combining kitchen, dining space and lounge area, providing visual continuity and natural flow between the functional zones. The interior design is defined by clean architectural lines, modern furniture and carefully selected materials, creating a refined and balanced aesthetic. The kitchen area features minimalist cabinetry, integrated appliances and a stone backsplash, offering both functionality and modern design. The dining area is emphasized by designer lighting fixtures and a contemporary dining table, creating a focal point within the interior composition. Architectural Elements and Lighting Design A key feature of the project is the integrated LED lighting system, which highlights architectural details and creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the interior. Decorative niches, illuminated shelving and custom-built storage elements enhance the architectural composition and add depth to the interior space. The staircase is designed as a sculptural architectural element that connects the different levels of the house while maintaining visual harmony. Interior Design Inspired by the Black Sea Coast The interior color palette is based on warm neutral tones, natural wood, stone and soft textile materials, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere typical of modern seaside homes. This design approach reflects the character of contemporary vacation houses and coastal properties in Sozopol and along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, where architecture and interior design are closely connected with the surrounding natural environment.
