INDUSTRIAL CHARACTER

This project presents the interior design of a loft apartment, developed by ARCHLINE Nikolov, a Burgas-based architecture and interior design studio. The concept reinterprets industrial aesthetics in a contemporary way, combining functionality, minimalism and strong material contrasts.

The space is defined by high ceilings, large windows and a minimal number of partitions, allowing for an open and light-filled living environment. The layout emphasizes spatial continuity and flexibility.

MATERIALS

The main materials include concrete surfaces, metal elements and natural wood. The contrast between industrial rawness and the warmth of wood creates a balanced and expressive atmosphere.

Solid oak flooring enhances comfort, while exposed metal structures highlight the architectural character of the interior.

SPACE

The living area combines the kitchen, dining and lounge zones into a single open-plan space. Visible metal structures and furniture elements reinforce the authentic loft identity.

The interior is designed for a young resident, balancing contemporary aesthetics with long-term adaptability.

APPROACH

The project represents a contemporary approach to loft apartment interior design, adapting industrial style to modern urban living.
