The town of Ahtopol is one of the oldest seaside settlements on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and a popular coastal resort, known for its hotels, holiday villages, bungalows, restaurants, entertainment venues, and camping areas. The beach is wide, with fine sand and natural dunes, while the town itself is located on a rocky peninsula between Cape Ahtopol and Cape Saint Yani, on a marine abrasion terrace. Location The residential building is situated in the central part of the town of Ahtopol, close to the main urban infrastructure, tourist areas, and the seaside. The location offers convenient access to the city’s amenities while providing a peaceful environment for living and relaxation. Architectural Concept The architectural design of the building features a modern and clean aesthetic, carefully adapted to the scale and character of the coastal environment. The volumetric composition aims to create a compact and functional residential structure suitable both for permanent living and for holiday use. Functional Layout The building consists of four residential floors, with one apartment located on each floor. In total, the building includes four apartments of different sizes, designed to provide comfortable and functional living spaces. The apartments are planned with efficient spatial organization, good natural lighting, and a strong connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding environment. Coastal Architecture The project for the multifamily residential building in Ahtopol is designed in harmony with the natural characteristics of the area and the calm atmosphere of the coastal town.
