Location The building “Vazrazhdane” is located in one of the most convenient and desirable residential areas of the city – Vazrazhdane district, in the central urban part of Burgas. The area is characterized by well-developed infrastructure, convenient access to major transport routes, commercial areas, public services, and educational institutions, making it an attractive location for contemporary urban living. Architectural Concept The architectural design of the building is modern and elegant, characterized by clean lines and a distinctive architectural identity. The volumetric composition is designed to integrate harmoniously into the surrounding urban environment while maintaining a contemporary architectural appearance.
