Archline Nikolov Ltd. presents an architectural project for a single-family house located in the village of Marinka, Burgas Municipality – an area that has been developing rapidly in recent years and is becoming a preferred place for residential living near the sea and the city of Burgas. The house is designed as a comfortable contemporary home with a clearly defined architectural composition, light façade surfaces and carefully selected natural materials. The façade combines mineral plaster, stone cladding and decorative metal railings, giving the building an elegant and distinctive appearance. The architectural volume is organized on two levels, with a balanced composition formed by terraces, balconies and covered entrance spaces. Large window openings provide abundant natural light and create a visual connection between the interior spaces and the garden. The functional layout is designed so that the living areas open directly to the outdoor space and the pool area. This creates a smooth transition between the interior and exterior and forms a comfortable environment for everyday living and relaxation. The yard is designed as a landscaped space with greenery, terraces and a relaxation zone around the swimming pool, transforming the property into a calm and pleasant residential environment.
