Facade Renovation of Longoza Hotel

The facade renovation project for Longoza Hotel in Sunny Beach – East presents a comprehensive approach to modernizing the building, focused on creating a clear architectural identity, improved functionality, and an enhanced tourist experience.

The architectural intervention carefully balances the existing structure with a new compositional facade language. The main concept is expressed through a rhythmic modulation, combining light mineral surfaces with vertical wooden elements that introduce warmth and human scale.

A defining feature of the project is the arcade openings at the top level, shaping a recognizable silhouette and giving the building a distinct identity. These elements soften the geometry while adding depth and layering to the facade composition.

The balconies are designed with transparent glass railings, maximizing views and contributing to a lighter, more open appearance. Large glazed areas strengthen the connection between interior and exterior, allowing natural light to penetrate deeply into the spaces.

The ground floor is developed with a clearly articulated entrance zone, enhancing the first impression and creating a sense of order, completeness, and hospitality.
