This apartment is situated in the holiday complex Elenite. The area is 170 sq.m. and the client insisted on having a modern style in dark gray and white nuances and at the same time the it should feel cozy and warm. This is what we stuck to. The fireplace in the living-room is paneled with gray granite. The floors in the apartment are made of natural big paneled parquet. The illumination varies in the different zones of the place.

The apartment has a terrace of over 50 sq.m. which has a magnificent view to the sea. There will be chaise-longues and external Jacuzzi which will lay on a fundament of 30 cm from the floor so that the sea is visible.
