This building is located on a terrain which is situated in the new city of Nesebar, on Han Krum street and the coastal alley. The project is developed on a conceptual stage. The building is designed to be in conformance with the requirements of a four star apartment hotel. The emplacement provides the opportunity to situate a maximum number of rooms to be oriented to the sea. The complex has an underground garage, restaurants, SPA zone, conference halls, a few shops and an open swimming-pool.
