Projects

The Largo Center project is executed by ALN ARCHITECTS. The public building has a commercial part and is situated in the ideal center of Sliven. The investor of the project is “Largo Center” Ltd. The architecture is in conformance with the neighboring buildings that are cultural monuments and with the general silhouette of the neighborhood. The basement and the first two floors are designed for public services - a restaurant with shops on two floors with individual internal stairs. The entrances are from the pedestrian alley of “Tzar Osvoboditel” Blvd. The other three floors are offices and they are accessed via the pedestrians pass in the building. The total built area is 3025,48 sq.m.

The construction is implemented by using insulation systems of BAUMIT. The façade is made of façade profiles of expanded polystyrene (EPS) of AUSTROTERM that have high resilience and are covered with elastic plaster. The window profile systems are SCHUCO and they guarantee impeccable functionality and insulation. The railings are individually designed and made of aluminum of ALUMINICO, delivered and installed by NIKOMA. The façade illumination is delivered by “Megaluks - Plovdiv”.
