The project is developed on a conceptual stage and is meant for a lodge, located on the boundary between two hunting properties in southeastern Bulgaria. The complex has a few small apartments and comfortable rooms. The living room that has a big veranda with a view is on the ground floor. Nearby there is a restaurant with BBQ outside. The spa zone is located in a separate building and there is a small outside swimming-pool.
