Projects

The project is developed in a conceptual phase and is meant to be a mixed purpose building. The site is located in the center of Burgas next to “Aqua” hotel in complex “Lazur”. The conceptual projects are assigned to two architectural bureaus - Dafovi Architects Ltd. and Archline Nikolov Ltd. for creating two different design solutions. The peculiarities of the plot (located between two streets on different levels) suggest a complicated communication solution which is additionally layered with various functions entangled in the design solution. The access to the residential part is from the side of the secondary street from the northeast on a lower level and expands in an individual vertical direction. The entrances of the zone with public access, shops, offices and establishments are located on “Democracia” Bulvd. The client is ”Gravis” Ltd.
