The residential settlement is situated in the “Varnicata” locality near the city of Sv.Vlas, Nesebar region. The investor is “Kontakt Invest”. This composition solution is mainly provided because of the terrain configuration that has an increasing slope in the Northeast direction, the view to the Black Sea and the fact that it is located near the sea.

The idea of shaping the building is a contemporary interpretation of the Renaissance settlement structure and the typical for this period design of a Black Sea house.

The result is a contemporary building, unobtrusive and convincingly fitting in the ambience; the scale is wisely chosen for the volume, space and materials of the house which contribute to its naval character.
