The complex is situated to the South of Obzor and is along the coastal line and the south beach of Obzor. The residential parts are organized in a few sections. All the apartments have a sea view. There are catering establishments and open terraces adjacent to them situated on the coastal alley. The open swimming pool is situated on the second level and this provides and perfect view and sequestration from the noise of the traffic. The public functions include central reception, underground garages on two levels, a SPA center, conference halls, catering establishments. The architecture interprets traditional decorative elements of the national architecture. The tiling is made of beech, freestone of formatted plates of dark travertine and façade insulation package with white façade plaster.
