ARCHLINE-NIKOLOV LTD has a substantial experience in the design of construction sites, both exterior and interior. The design studio has executed projects all over the country.

WE CAN OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES IN THE SCOPE OF THE INTERIOR DESIGN:

INTERIOR DESIGN:
Interior design of residential spaces and house compartments /living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms/, offices, hotels, restaurants, night establishments, bars, disco’s. Both for newly built and reconstruction and redesign of existing ones.

STAGES OF INTERIOR DESIGN:

1. Initial visit at the site. Photographing and sketching of constructive architectural elements and installation positions. Getting acquainted with the general features of the site.
2. Working together with the client on the assignment or order for interior design. This can happen by having a conversation for elaboration of the general requirements for the project (both functional and esthetic). Depending on the result of the discussion we prepare an individual offer in conformance with your requirements and our availability.
3. Survey prior the project preparation, preparing the basic concepts /functional and esthetical/ and ideas during the project preparation.
4. Preparation of the conceptual interior project and giving it to the client for approval.
5. Construction of realistic interior visualizations by constructing 3D images of the selected equipment.
6. Coordination with the engineering systems. When the approved conceptual project is ready, it might be necessary to change the power positions of electrical installations, Heating, ventilation and AC installations, Water and Sewage installations (specific objects have certain changes in the technological equipment, etc.). These changes are made by the engineering teams. We can create individual engineering projects attached to your interior design.
7. Technical and operational phase of the interior project. The calculated materials and equipment is in conformance with prices, delivery deadlines. Afterwards schemes and process details are created. The latter is discussed and agreed with manufacturers and contractors.
8. Creation of quantitative calculations and specifications of the interior project

COPYRIGHT CONTROL
The copyright control includes visits at the site, the choice of materials and articles from companies, producers and suppliers for the particular object. The prices of the copyright control will be described in your offer for interior design.
