The Relief pattern of the plot has played a major role for choosing the compositional structure of the project. Its natural increasing sloping towards east, the Black Sea views and especially its proximity to the sea had their major impact on the design of the project.
The idea underlying structural form of the building, although giving most modern interpretation, derives its inspiration from the period of the Bulgarian National Revival and the town / village settlement plan and the typical appearance and structure of the seaside house of those times.
The result is a modern building, unobtrusive but conclusively fitting into the surroundings – perfectly scaled into the surroundings with its volume and special proportions and the nature of the materials, which also contribute to its seaside characteristics. |
