Project: Complex of Residential Buildings for seasonal utilization

The plot has elongated form along the north/south axis. Its north, south and west boundaries are street lanes.

The overall impression created by the design of the building is that of a high class establishment, while in the same time there is no bias in excess decoration and multi-colour arrangements. Noteworthy is the implementation of traditional motifs characteristic of the period of the Bulgarian National Revival.

Main focal points here are the open air swimming pools integrated in the structural deployment of the building itself. Surrounding the pools there is a beach area. The remaining free area of the plot are lavishly landscaped in a garden-type lay out with separate emphasis on structural elements of the park like trees and other vegetation.
