Project: Mixed-use building

The corner building plot is near the city centre. The elevations are designed with clinker and decorative elements. The building raises to 17 m. On the ground floor there are a cafe and a dental surgery. The rest floors are residential with two apartments on each, and the attic floor contains only one apartment. The unique vision is achieved through the clinker tiling in two colors. The use of glass sunshades and metal louvers gives the building a touch of sheerness and fleetness. The colorful, illuminated panels crown the fresh emanation of the building and at night outline it against the gray dullness of the suppressed in its concrete veil cityscape.
