There are two Semi-detached houses designed in the lot. They are situated in the eastern part. The buildings consist on 3 floors. Parking lots and courtyard with barbeque are present in each building plot. There are also 2 pools – one for adults and one for children. The elevations are finished with plaster, wood and stone. The sloop roof is wooden.
