Project: Mixed-use building

The corner building plot is near the sea. The building consist on two self-contained parts – residential and office. The elevations are tiled with stone in elegant color scheme and mediterranean touch. Inspite of the complex plan the building raises as solid volume, characterized with pyramid development in the vertical vector and pretentious accent enhanced with professional lightning effects.
