The multifamily residential building in Lazur district, Burgas is an architectural project developed by Archline Nikolov Ltd. – an architectural studio based in Burgas. The investor of the project is the construction and development company BG Invest 76, which has created homes for hundreds of families along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and in the city of Burgas. Over the years the company has successfully completed residential projects in Lazur district, Meden Rudnik district, Slaveykov district, and Vazrazhdane district, all characterized by contemporary architecture, functional apartment layouts, and comfortable residential environments. Location The building “Lazur” is located on Mesta Street in Lazur district, one of the most desirable residential areas in the city of Burgas. The location is highly strategic and prestigious – in close proximity to the Sea Garden, between 24th Black Sea Infantry Regiment Street (the coastal street) and Demokratsiya Boulevard, providing easy access to the city center, well-developed infrastructure, and convenient public transportation. Architectural Concept The architectural design of the building is modern and elegant, with a clearly defined architectural character and balanced proportions. The volumetric and spatial composition is developed to integrate harmoniously into the urban environment of Lazur district, while maintaining a distinctive contemporary architectural identity. Functional Layout The building includes a basement level, ground floor, and seven residential floors. Vertical circulation between the levels is provided by a reinforced concrete staircase with natural lighting and an elevator, serving all floors of the building. The ground floor includes: four garages two retail units a common utility room vehicle and pedestrian access to the staircase a car lift Within the inner courtyard, four outdoor parking spaces are provided. The building accommodates 19 apartments of different sizes, distributed across seven residential floors. The apartments are designed with functional layouts and offer the possibility for combining units, allowing flexible spatial solutions according to the needs of the residents. Materials and Façade Design The building is designed with carefully selected materials to ensure durability, high construction quality, and a modern architectural appearance. Large glazed surfaces provide excellent natural lighting within the apartments and contribute to a sense of spaciousness. French windows with high-quality window frames are incorporated into the design, enhancing both the contemporary architectural expression and the energy efficiency of the building.
