CONTEMPORARY HOUSE BY THE SEA

ARCHLINE Nikolov developed an investment project for a single-family residence in Sozopol, combining clean contemporary architecture, functional spatial planning and a strong connection to the surrounding natural environment.

The project is defined by clear horizontal volumes, large floor-to-ceiling glazing and spacious terraces that maximize natural light while visually connecting the interior spaces with the landscaped garden. The contrast between the light facade surfaces and the dark accent cladding emphasizes the contemporary architectural character of the building.

The residence is organized on two levels with an open-plan living area, kitchen and dining spaces with direct access to the outdoor environment, as well as private bedroom zones opening toward panoramic terraces. The architectural concept is carefully adapted to the calm atmosphere and natural context of the Southern Black Sea coast.

The project focuses on creating a comfortable residential environment through a balanced combination of aesthetics, functionality and contemporary architectural design.
