The project presents a single-family residential building located in the Banevo district, Burgas. The building is conceived as a two-storey volume with clear geometry and balanced proportions. The architectural expression is restrained, aiming for a calm and устойчив (stable) appearance, without unnecessary formal emphasis. The main façade planes are treated with fine plaster, while selected areas are articulated through recessed zones and covered spaces. The ground floor organizes the дневните функции (daytime functions) in a continuous open space with direct access to the yard. Large openings provide even natural lighting and establish a visual connection with the exterior environment. The second floor accommodates the sleeping areas, oriented towards the quieter parts of the plot. The terrace acts as a natural extension of the interior spaces and participates in the overall façade composition. The volumetric solution and spatial organization are aligned with the scale of the surrounding development and the way a single-family house is inhabited. A balance is sought between compactness, functionality, and clarity of the architectural expression.
