The residential building project in the city of Burgas was developed by the architectural studio Archline Nikolov Ltd. The building is located in the central part of Burgas, within an area of cultural and historical significance, which imposes specific requirements on the architectural character of the new development. The main challenge for the design team was to combine contemporary architectural design with the classical elements typical of the historic city center, which are an important part of Burgas’ architectural heritage. Through the use of decorative cornices, façade details, and wrought iron railings, a classical urban building appearance has been achieved, interpreted in a contemporary architectural manner. This approach allows the building to integrate naturally into the existing urban environment while maintaining its own distinctive architectural identity. Functional Layout The building is designed with a ground floor and three residential floors. Vertical circulation between the levels is provided by a reinforced concrete staircase with natural lighting and an elevator, ensuring convenient access to all floors. The ground floor includes one apartment, three garages, and a utility room for common building needs. The first floor contains two apartments as well as circulation space with a staircase and elevator. The second floor includes one residential unit with an independent functional layout. The third floor accommodates two apartments. The building contains a total of six apartments of different sizes, distributed across four above-ground levels.
