The residential building project in Meden Rudnik district, Burgas was developed by the architectural studio Archline Nikolov Ltd. The building is located in one of the most dynamically developing residential areas of the city. In recent years, Meden Rudnik residential complex has become an attractive location for young families, offering well-developed urban infrastructure, educational and social services, as well as various opportunities for leisure and entertainment. The investor and contractor of the project is the construction company Atrim Ltd. Functional Layout The functional organization of the building includes a basement level, ground floor, and six residential floors. Vertical circulation between the levels is provided by a staircase and an elevator, which serve all floors of the building. The basement level includes 10 garage units, each providing one or two parking spaces. Vehicle access to the basement is provided through a car lift. In addition to the garage units, the common garage space provides 9 additional parking spaces. In the southeastern part of the basement there is an evacuation staircase providing direct access to ground level. In the northeastern part of the basement a zone with 16 storage rooms has been designed to serve the residential units. On the ground floor, eight retail units for industrial goods are designed, each with its own toilet and storage space. In addition, a warehouse facility and a room for common building needs are provided. The car lift, staircase, and elevator are also located on this level, ensuring access to all floors of the building. Residential Area The building includes a total of 22 residential apartments of different sizes, distributed across five residential floors. The apartments are designed with functional layouts that provide a comfortable and practical living environment for the residents.
