We present an investment project for two single-family houses in the village of Orizare, Nessebar municipality, developed by the architectural studio Archline Nikolov Ltd. – an architect based in Burgas with experience in the design of residential buildings and houses along the Black Sea coast.

The project is aligned with the characteristics of the Nessebar municipality area and the growing demand for houses near Sunny Beach and the town of Nessebar. Each house is designed as an independent property with a landscaped yard, parking spaces, and optimal functionality for year-round living.
