The summer house project in the town of Chernomorets, Sozopol Municipality was developed by Archline Nikolov Ltd. – an architectural studio based in Burgas, specializing in the design of single-family houses and holiday properties along the Southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The house is located in one of the oldest Bulgarian seaside resorts – Chernomorets, close to the sea and surrounded by beautiful greenery and a picturesque coastal landscape. The area combines rich historical heritage with impressive natural surroundings, creating a peaceful atmosphere that makes it an attractive place for holiday homes. Architectural Concept The architectural concept focuses on creating a modern summer house that combines functional spatial organization, contemporary architectural aesthetics, and a strong connection with the surrounding natural environment. The building is designed with clean lines and well-defined geometric forms, creating a sense of stability, harmony, and elegance. The architectural and design solutions are guided by the idea of strengthening the relationship between the house, the courtyard, and the surrounding landscape. Functional Layout The house is developed on two floors. The first floor includes: spacious and bright living room with kitchen one bedroom entrance hall bathroom veranda facing the inner courtyard The living area is designed as an open-plan space, creating a smooth transition between the interior and the outdoor veranda. The second floor includes: three bedrooms walk-in wardrobe three bathrooms with WC laundry room Orientation and Comfort The house has a southern and southeastern orientation, ensuring optimal natural lighting and comfort throughout the year – providing cooler indoor conditions during summer and more sunlight and warmth during the winter months.
