The project represents a multi-family residential building located in Ravda, Municipality of Nessebar – an area with active development and increasing demand for new residential construction. The architectural concept is based on a clear volumetric composition, with well-balanced façades and an efficient layout of the residential units. The building is organized across several above-ground levels, with functionally distributed apartments providing good natural lighting and comfortable living conditions. The façade design combines light mineral finishes, dark accent volumes, and vertical elements with a wood texture, creating rhythm and a recognizable architectural identity. The balconies are designed with transparent railings, contributing to a lighter visual perception of the building and a stronger connection to the surrounding environment. The project is developed with a focus on efficient use of the site, functional interior organization, and a consistent architectural expression adapted to the local context.
