Architectural Design of a Residential Complex of Single-Family Houses in Kraimorie District, Burgas

The project for a residential complex of single-family houses in the Kraimorie district, Burgas was developed by the design team of Archline Nikolov Ltd. as a contemporary architectural concept for a high-quality residential environment in close proximity to the sea. The project combines modern architecture, functional spatial planning and a strong connection with the natural setting of Burgas Bay. The complex is located in the southeastern part of Kraimorie, one of the most attractive and peaceful residential areas of Burgas. The district is known for its proximity to the sea, clean environment and beautiful panoramic views of Burgas Bay, making it a preferred location both for permanent living and for holiday homes. Within Plot IV – 127, a complex development of three semi-detached two-storey residential buildings is planned, forming a small residential complex of six single-family housing units. Access to the complex is provided through both vehicular and pedestrian entrances from the street to the north, while an internal driveway ensures parking access for each residential unit. The residential buildings are organized on two levels with a functional and comfortable spatial layout. The ground floor includes a spacious living area with kitchen and dining space, an entrance hall with a guest bathroom, staircase and service rooms. The second floor accommodates three bedrooms, three bathrooms and spacious terraces, offering panoramic views toward Burgas Bay. Each housing unit has its own private landscaped courtyard, creating a stronger connection with the outdoor environment and providing additional comfort and privacy for the residents. The landscaped areas and individual outdoor spaces contribute to a calm and pleasant residential atmosphere. The architectural appearance of the buildings is defined by a balanced combination of façade plaster and natural stone cladding, giving the complex a modern and elegant character. A distinctive architectural element is the projecting bay window on the second floor, which forms a covered summer veranda connected to the living area on the ground floor. For the safety of the residents, the project includes modern security and access control systems, such as video surveillance, motion sensors, automated access control and perimeter fencing. These features provide a secure and comfortable living environment. The complex has a total gross floor area of approximately 1,099 sq.m, combining contemporary architectural design, efficient planning and a high-quality residential environment in one of the most promising areas of Burgas – the Kraimorie district.
