This apartment is a result of joining three apartments on the last floor of a residential building on the rocky coastal line of Ahtopol. The area is 300 sq.m. and the apartment consists of two living rooms with kitchens, main bedroom with individual bathroom, two guest bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, sauna with shower, terraces along the whole contour with two zones with BBQ and garden furniture.

The desire of the investor was to have a dominant traditional Bulgarian style even though contemporary and modern materials and technologies were applied. Stone paneling on the walls, wooden props and cornices are available in all rooms.
