The village of Lyka is situated at a few kilometers from Burgas in a northeastern direction. The house is designed for permanent residence. The architecture of the building is more an attempt to abstract from the general outlook of the place and at the same time to preserve the goal of the investor to confirm that no matter we live in this country, things can look as normal as any place in the world. The minimal aesthetics is introduced to the complete design solution and is a prerequisite for maximum functional opportunities to inhabit the small plot.
