This is a project for a detached residential building which is meant for seasonal dwelling. The complicated configuration of the terrain and the goal that the building should be completely oriented towards the sea view, create maximum dynamics in the composition plasticity. The direct transition of the living room into a deep water mirror is one of the merits of this project. When opening the ground floor, the idea is to obtain a common space with covered and uncovered part that offers various relaxation zones.
