Interior design project for a restaurant located within the Boutique Rose Gardens resort in Pomorie. The concept is developed with a focus on creating an atmosphere inspired by the region’s winemaking traditions, combined with a contemporary interior language and a functional spatial layout. The design interprets the theme of wine through the use of warm materials, natural wood textures, and details reminiscent of wine cellars and tasting spaces. The interior project integrates areas for individual dining, larger group tables, and a bar zone, ensuring a smooth flow between the different functional parts of the restaurant. The space is oriented towards the inner garden with pools and the sea view, enhancing the sense of openness and connection to the surrounding environment. The lighting design highlights the materials and creates a comfortable atmosphere suitable for both daytime and evening use.
