This holiday house is one of the most bizarre projects given to the design team. At the moment of the design preparation, Arapia locality (Tzarevo region) looks more like a ghetto with caravans and half-finished buildings. Abstracting from all this, the investor decides to make an investment that has to cover his functional needs and to be invisible compared to the ambience. That is how the project named “Bungalow with terraces” occurred. The main part of the house that lays over the street levels is elevated and there is a big living room area with partly covered roof terrace, which is accessed through an external ladder. The dug basement part takes all the other functions: four bedrooms with individual bathrooms, SPA zone, personnel room, security room , additional kitchen, wine Enoteca and the necessary technical compartments.
