The building is situated in the newest neighborhood of Nesebar. The architectural composition is an attempt to express our idea of a combination of the contemporary vision of the new neighborhood and the general outlook of Nesebar as a town. The decorative trellis are present in all façade plans as a sun protection and decoration grid. The striving for plasticity is grounded on the idea to keep maximum contact with the ambience and still preserve the holiday sensation. The investor and contractor of the project is “Petyr Mavrov” Ltd.

The project had to be adapted to the financial reality as this is necessary for all projects. That is why the designers together with the investors unwillingly accepted the cheaper option of using glass railings, the window frames and the trellis were turned into raster element of the insulation package.
