The project is about a new façade solution using a natural stone – dry installation in the reconstruction of Hotel and Casino International. The client is International EAD.

The composition is a combination of a new and the old building that are placed on a large area ground servicing level on two storeys. Creating a central vertical line in the new building in order to emphasize the capacity neatness. More dynamics in the old building and creating a composition completeness without using any advertising elements. Development of a various and attractive ambience of the terrain.

The idea of the project is to change completely the paneling materials. The main material are two types of granite – smoothly polished and heavy rustic (dry installation). The structural façade is preserved and there will be shutters incorporated in the front part of the façade. The project also provides positions and a vision about visual advertisement and city ambience elements.
