The building is a complex of functions that includes: an office with an individual entrance, a restaurant on two levels, night bar and a residential part. The client of the project is “Striaha 1” Ltd. The total built area is over 3 000 sq.m. The plot is oriented on three streets: “Bulair” St., “Emil De Lavele” St. and “Georgi Shagunov” St. The composition of tilted vertical elements has a sound constructive meaning.

The complicated construction is entrusted to the construction company “Unistroi”. “Striaha 1” will actively participate until the project is completed.
