Completed Investment Project | ARCHLINE Studio The holiday complex “Boutique Rose Gardens” in the town of Pomorie is a completed investment project for a luxury residential and vacation complex on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The project was developed as a contemporary architectural environment that combines modern design, functional spatial organization and a high standard of living and leisure. The architectural composition of the building is designed in a U-shaped layout, forming a spacious inner courtyard that serves as the main recreational and social space of the complex. This configuration creates a protected internal environment featuring a swimming pool, pedestrian alleys and richly landscaped gardens planted with various varieties of roses. The landscape concept complements the architecture and contributes to the distinctive boutique character of the complex. The development consists of a five-storey building with a partial basement, where supporting and service areas are located to provide a complete infrastructure for residents and guests. The complex includes an underground parking garage, SPA center, fitness area, retail spaces and storage facilities, enhancing the overall comfort and functionality of the development. The architectural design of Boutique Rose Gardens is characterized by a clean composition, balanced proportions and contemporary façade solutions that create an elegant and representative appearance.
