Residential building “Zora” in Pomorie

Options for facade design

It took us a few years to design this project depending on the judgement of the investor concerning the market expectations.


Design solutions for implementation

The last project solutions that are implemented in the building construction include big apartments with a view of the sea with a small public zone comprising of: reception with an office, a restaurant, SPA with indoor pool and fitness zone, a shop and underground parking lot. The complex will have also an outdoor pool in the middle of the park. The investor of the project is “SPORTELIT” EAD. The location combines both views of the lake and the sea.
